All of our ingredients are flown from southern Italy. The Pizza oven is purpose built to bake our pizzas with a texture and aroma that is as close to a traditional Napoli pizza.
We are proud to recreate the magic of traditional napoli pizza, our pizzaiolo and our staff are italian and have their roots from the historic city of naples where the pizza was invented.
The flour we use is milled in Naples, Italy, it is a blend of hard, soft and whole wheat allowing for a longer and more stable release of energy after consumption.
Our signature tomato sauce is made from world-renowned San Marzano tomatoes, grown in the heart of Italy.
The Olive Oil
We only use P.D.O Certified cold pressed extra virgin olive oil produced in Umbria, Italy and is only made from Moraiolo Olives.
Our Buffalo mozzarella is P.D.O. Certified and is flown in fresh every week from Caserta, Italy. It is naturally rich in vitamins & minerals & lactic ferments.
We only use fresh basil that is rich in minerals and beta-carotene which is grown by skilled artisans.
